What you can expect working with Positive Pressure-

1. Relaxation is underrated
We believe some of the best moments of a massage, are the relaxation techniques. Whether they are transitional movements that flow in between therapeutic techniques, or intentional ones artfully displayed, relaxation/Swedish work is simply amazing.
2. Unwind muscle tension.
A widely used descriptor of how it feels to receive deep tissue work. When I say this work can unwind muscle tension, I mean it. SLOW work gives time for DEEPER work.
3. Experience something profound or impactful.
We are not in Thailand, so their work is not as popular or available to us here in the states. This modality is something to try if you have never received bodywork from Asia. Yoga, stretching, massage, acupressure, breath work, on the floor, on the table.. the possibilities are endless.
4. You are a big part of the work
Integrated work means; you are a big part of the equation. We really work together to decide what your mind and body would benefit from that day.
5. Address the elephant in the room… Pain
Cupping and Gausha are great tools to incorporate for injuries or chronic pain. These tools encourage your body into it’s natural healing process, more efficiently
6. Allow for a happier YOU!
This can be true for any style of massage. After you receive.. you tend to move slower, breathe deeper, and see the world in a more positive light.
